Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the U.S. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.

Our website may use display advertising, and the implementation of a specific feature called remarketing. Remarketing is a feature of Google Ads that allows us to optimize the delivery of ad content specifically targeted to a visitor’s interests based upon previous visits to our site.

Ecommerce

Our website may also store information about your order and purchase history. We collect customer information and store that securely within our website. This data is stored to make it easier for returning customers to log in, checkout an abandoned shopping cart or reorder a previous purchase. This information is used by Commercial HVAC and Grote Enterprises, and may be shared with specific third parties, specifically, but not limited to, treating physicians and our marketing team.

Credit card and processing information is stored with our merchant services provider and is not stored within our website files or shared with third parties beyond the merchant services provider.

Your Options Concerning Opting-Out of Certain Uses of Personal Information

In connection with newsletter, marketing emails and offers, you may “opt-out” of receiving marketing emails from us at any time by using the opt-out mechanism that is contained in each such email.
