Cinfab triangleSAFETY PHILOSOPHY

Exceptional safety performance is a direct result of the organizational culture. To achieve a successful safety culture; safety must be internalized by each individual within the organization. Once safety is internalized it becomes a core value of the individual; people do not let their core values be compromised – it’s what you are.

We want safety be a value associated with every priority. Internalized safety values are outwardly demonstrated by “Safe Actions” – it’s what you do.

“Priorities Change – Safety is A VALUE, not a priority.”

“Our values create our safety culture.”
