Training

Workforce development is inherent at CINFAB, because we insist on and invest in employee training. Employees must fulfill training and knowledge requirements upfront, but thy also regularly participate in training on the job site and in small groups. We provide courses routinely and employees can "test up" quarterly to advance to the next level. As they master new skills and boost their performance on the job, we reward them for their accomplishments.


Safety

At CINFAB, we're known for our responsible, experienced, and developed workforce, including a dedicated site safety person on each worksite. Our knowledgeable and accomplished project foremen oversee work progress, and also double as site-safety directors. Their accreditations include completion of the 30-hour OSHA safety course, a rigorous 25-week supervisory course, plus first aid and CPR training. All other field employees are required to attend 10-hour OSHA safety courses.

CINFAB is supported in safety by our corporate Safety Director who will visit each project and address the specific site safety requirements.
